THE WORST DETNAL PRACTICE EVER! ZERO STARTS. I had the worst experience ever. Dr. Smith talked me into replacing 2 teeth with caps. They weren't fitting well, so after 3 visits with numbing etc. I left with caps that were drilled down to fit leaving a horrible feeling in my mouth. I just called to have my dental records forwarded to a new dentist and I was told that I had been completely deleted from the system! No x-rays to forward!!

I really like Dr. Smith but her staff - ugh. They DO NOT return phone calls and 9 times out of 10 I get vm which when I do talk to someone they tell me they're having issues with vm. They overcharged me on a nightguard treatment plan and trying to resolve it with no one answering the phone is not cool at all.
