I had a few good years here, but my upstairs neighbors were the worst. Ridiculously loud and did nothing to change after multiple conversation about this subject. Management would not let me change units before lease is up, even though there are available units in the building. For those interested in moving into this building, ask about the neighbors and pay attention to the sound when you visit. Lived here for 3 years. It is just amazing on how the charm of this is not shadowed by the high rises beside it. All credit goes to the super who is such a dedicated and a hard working guy. The leasing office is so professional and friendly at the same time. Very prompt maintenance and the recent upgrades make it even more attractive.
