My husband and I moved in at the end of April 2017. We have enjoyed our entire experience! Our home is beautiful and the complex is well maintained! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. We have enjoyed the gorgeous pool and other amenities this community offers. We signed a three year lease and look forward to our future here.
Me and my girlfriend came to Essex Chase on our work break. Before taking the tour with Carol we told her we wanted the Rowan on the 3rd floor which ran for about $1650-1700. After telling her that, she made a face expression that symboled judging. She repeated the price to us twice as in to question our income qualifications without knowing anything about us! I originally signed my lease last May 2016 for a 3rd floor Glassboro Unit for one year at $1575 per month. We were notified that "per lease" that we must give 3 months notice today (February 28) if we were going to be renewing our lease in May and that we would be charged 50$ extra for a total of 1625$ per month. For what we may ask? It is no longer brand new, there is a whole entire building that hasn't even been opened yet, and has been sitting for months. I LOVE Essex Chase! I went in a month or so ago to check out the property, since I would love to move me and my hubby out of our current place (Park Crest Village) when the lease expires at the end of September. I think I'm in the mood to check it out again since I fell in love with the property the first time. I also love that 55 is 2 seconds away as well, since the hubby works in Camden and he needs that road to get to work.
Just moved in yesterday and am thrilled with our beautiful apt. We have a beautiful view of the pond! If there is any problem, someone is there within hours to fix it. Thanks Bart for your help. Linda, the manager is fantastic to work with. She feels like a friend already. Mia(hope it's spelled right) and Carol are great ladies also. Can't wait to exercise in the "state of the art" exercise room. The property is beautiful! My husband and I are looking forward to living here.
I have seen these apartments , and they are FANTASTIC and big the property is huge and with many amenities . The people who work there are great and the area is quiet , beautiful countryside.
