I cannot begin to say how pleased we are with living at Essex Chase. The office staff (Carol and Kristin) are super friendly, always will stop and take time to say hello and ask how you are; maintenance is incredible - we've never had to wait more than 8 hours before something has been completely fixed (and it's been nothing major anyway). The apartment has luxury finishes, ample space ( we have one with a den) it's quiet and you couldn't ask for better. Love living here!
I have lived here for over a year and I love it!!! The office staff takes of everything promptly and perfectly. The maintenance crew is top notch. Thank you for creating a premier community.
During this busy time of the year my sister and I wanted to compliment the staff at Essex Chase for there hard work in making our community a lovely place to live. The girls in the office both Carol & Kristin couldn't be more helpful in answering and helping solving any problems that may come up. They are both very professional in there jobs. We lived at Essex Chase for a year and a half, we moved out this weekend because we bought a home. If it was up to me I would have stayed there forever, very comfortable, well kept, beautiful complex. The office staff were always so helpful and attentive to all our concerns and needs, maintenance was just as helpful any time we needed them as well. I have been living in Essex Chase apartments for over a year. I love it here. The staff has been extremely helpful with any problems I may have and resolve them immediately. I have had only 2 minor problems since I lived here and one was my fault. The staff and other tenants are friendly and I have no desire to leave.
