They were very slow. They let 3 pickup trucks in front of me. And there was a semi- truck in-front of us who took long and some guy was helping him wrap the trailer. And the black guy started a conversation with other black guy like he didn’t see us. And we waited and asked but they didn’t care.
We’ve been working with Tuboscope for our truck loading needs over the past few months, and overall, the experience has been positive. Their team consistently demonstrates professionalism and efficiency. Loader namely Issac is very punctual, well-coordinated, and follow safety protocols diligently. We’ve noticed a clear focus on minimizing loading times without compromising load security or proper weight distribution.
2 hours of sitting an the guy on forklift looked stone out of his mind an acted like he didn't care to load Truck or not as slow he moved. Was constantly rearranging the skids on trailer cuz he couldn't judge the distance of the skid wow what type of people these companies hire.
They are very friendly people, specially loader guy name isac or izak very chill guy, he nd his friend load my trailer super fast thank you so much guys. Attached pictures shows gate 3 route for pickup.
Worst experience ever even no one in front of me. After that they took 5 hours for loading. 😡
