Called at 10:30 on a Thursday for Saturday appointments. No answer so voicemail left with details about it being a treat for my daughter's birthday. NO RETURN CALL, so I texted before 9 Friday morning about a appointments. NO RESPONSE. I left a voicemail for Family Nails and Spa in Eureka and they managed to return my call before they even opened. Luckily they were able to get us scheduled! If you're NO LONGER IN BUSINEESS, SAY SO! How rude.
I love Essentials Nail Care!! Alicia, the owner, is so wonderful. She really does an excellent job and doesn’t rush through it. She’s kind and easy to communicate with. The shop is a very clean, organized, and relaxing. Highly recommend!!
Excellent Salon, will be back for more essential nail care :)
Excellent quality pedicure!
