My daughter and I had the most amazing spa experience there. We did a facial, massage and foot detox. Staff was amazing and all the services were perfect!

I come here for only one therapist and that's Cory. As a fellow massage therapist he totally understands exactly what it takes to make someone feel comfortable and safe, with his hands. He definitely takes care of me and he will be sure to take care of your needs as well. Definitely coming here all the time to have the great experience!
Great new locations and the customer service has sky rocketed in the last couple weeks.The new owner is fabulous and really cares about all the clients that walk through the door. Definitly the place to go in the South Tampa area.

Essentials of South Tampa is the best bang-for-your-buck place to get a quality, no-frills massage - the prices are incredible and the services are just as good as what you'd get at an over-priced spa. I've gotten massages from a few massage therapists there now (Christie, Anabel & Rachael), and every one of them has been fantastic. I especially recommend Rachael if you enjoy deep tissue massages!
