Room was freezing, lights weren't dim, no music like other places I've been to. The masseuse was really sweet but the room and environment was not relaxing at all. I payed a Babysitter so I can come relax and did not like the front desk lady either. I walked out and I don't plan to go there again. I don't recommend this place.
This is a wonderful place, relaxing, and the staff and owner are so welcoming. Recommend it to all my friends, coworkers and family.
Stopped In today for a message and the place has had a makeover and looks amazing. There is also new management and she was awesome. Super friendly! Can't wait to go back!!
New Ownership and new management since the last time I was there and the only I can say is A-Mazing!!!! The place has a completely new makeover. When I walked in, I seriously had to walk back out to look and make sure I was at the right place. From the new ownership, new look to the most relaxing massages, you will be in bliss when u walk out the door. Thank You, Essentials, for creating such a beautiful and relaxing place :-)
I was very satisfied with my first visit. My massage with Ruth was excellent! I will certainly go back again.
