Very thorough, even on a new build. Chuck was meticulous and well informed. Reports were accurate, easy to read, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Chuck is amazing! He spent time on the entire inspection and pointed out everything, with no rush! He was very patient and kind!
Going through the very thorough inspection process with Essential was very assuring that all the important areas were inspected and, then the final digital report - with color pics and recommendations is extremely helpful!
They excellent inspectors. the only inspectors that I know who miss something will guarantee their inspection for 30 days after you live there.

Chuck was on time and pleasant. He took time to answer all my questions. I like that he took pictures of all the appliances to check to see if there were recalls on any of them. I also like that he explained the other services he could supply but wasn't pushy about the upsell. I would totally recommend him to family and friends.
