I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hightower for what was, admittedly, an unpleasant issue. As a clinician myself, I can recognize what stellar care looks like, and I was thoroughly impressed with his bedside manner and thoughtfulness. He took care of me with an in-office procedure the same day, which was quick and effective, and accomplished exactly what was needed. Essentia is fortunate to have him on their team.
