You've got a BILLION-dollar building, but you can't pay for representatives to help patients when they enter your clinics? The tablets are crap, the scanner took 10 tries before it worked, and it didn't even ask me to enter insurance. Worst hospital!!! After 7 years, we are switching to St.Lukes. The MD we dealt with was definitely inexperienced and incompetent. It’s like they hired a child off the street. Also staff is very rude! Called the pharmacy because they sent out prescription to the wrong one and to see if they could help, the amount of attitude and rudeness I got from her was ridiculous and unprofessional.
