The staff and doctors at the clinic are great. The schedulers are horrible! My father has terminal cancer and it took them over a week to schedule his biopsy and when they finally did call to schedule it, they were extremely rude and didn't even tell me which part of the building he needed to be in. I also asked about having his port put in at that appointment since that is what his doctor told us and she was extremely rude about that as well. It was fine. I personally, do not care for the "self- check in" method that they use now. Things are just becoming so impersonal lately.
Trash, they don’t tell you where to be. The building is a giant maze and the “information desk” will just point and go back to their phones. Walked the halls asking for help for an hour while my mom is in pain with cancer and they couldn’t be bothered to help. I understand that there is a lot of good here but the lack of help and the complete disregard for patients in pain is disturbing. Just 30 seconds and the lovely people at radiology finally helped us. Information desk people should be ashamed and do better.
The receptionists and registration folks are still useless and ignore individuals who need help. Their attitudes are palpable when it's their job to direct and assist. My last review of this building has been deleted. I think it's weird to delete bad comments that point out areas in need of improvement when there clearly hasn't been any.
All I have to say is I'm glad the strike is over.. your travel nurses suck and put my wife in pain it shouldnt take 4 travel nurses to do 1 and I mean 1 IV
