I had a great experience at Essence Skin Clinic. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Miranda helped me choose the skin care products for my face and so far they have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back if we are ever in Rochester again. 5 stars for sure !!

My daughter and I came in together for facials. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The facility is peaceful, inviting, and calming. My procedure was so relaxing, it felt like I was there for hours being pampered. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, as this was my first time, but I trusted the experts to take good care of me. My skin hadn't felt so lovely since I was a kid. Love the convenient downtown location. I've recommended Essence to others and can't wait to go back!

Worst experience ever. I had tickle Lipo 2 years ago. Painful and a mess. Results were not what I had been told were expected. The worst part of the whole experience was zero follow up with anyone from the clinic. No one contacted me, even to say thank you for your business. Be cautious where you throw your money.
