There is NO better doctor than Dr. Ellen. Hands down, as a patient for 2+ years, she’s been a godsend.
Dr. Ellen has been taking care of my mental health for over a year, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She’s attentive, thoughtful, and always considers my needs. Scheduling has never been an issue, and I appreciate the convenience of virtual appointments. The office staff does an excellent job accommodating last-minute requests, even with her busy schedule! I do not recommend this practice. 1. Billing and Insurance Code errors that add unnecessary costs 2. Medication management issues (refills requiring explicit reminders) 3. Service ended by the doctor for requesting help transferring a prescription to refill while traveling domestically
