I'm from California and bought some wheel spikes for my truck. I explained in detail the size in needed and still got shipped the wrong parts. its been almost a year sent we sent them back and still no refund. Good luck ever getting these guys to call you back or even answer the phone there. Horrible experience
I was trying to resell one of their products (50 caliber Bullet Antenna) that as purchased on Amazon, but ESR Performance Corp. filed a fraudulent Trade Mark Violation with eBay and eBay took the item down and gave me a TM violation. Company does not reply to any emails. Company tries to control the market by violating 1st sale doctrine.
This place sucks. I paid $120 for a coil kit. They mail out the wrong kit and when I contacted them the guy told me I was stupid and go find a mechanic. Really? I am dumb because you sent me the wrong dam parts? Worst thing is he is trying to keep my money and not do an exchange. Got credit card company involved. Stay clear of this place! They are one of those ebay rip off companies too.
This store has to be one of the worst stores every, let’s start off by saying they never pick up the phone. Don’t know why they put a phone number online if they don’t pick it up. They also take forever to deliever parts, they told me two Tuesdays ago that my parts would be there and it’s been about almost a month since I ordered them. They always say it’s not here yet when I get into contact with one of the warehouse workers and not only do I waste my gas to see if the part got there but my time as well.
