Literally the worst! An exhibit was not sent over with the transcript and was needed in an expedited manner. We were only able to track down Esquire contact by an email sent from their accounting attaching the invoice we paid months ago. We emailed this contact in hopes of it being forwarded to the appropriate department, but instead we received an email saying we emailed the accounting department and try calling an 800 number for help. Esquire Deposition Solutions is the only court reporter service our San Francisco firm utilizes. Even if things were dropped on my lap on the 11th hour, they are always ready to assist, are very reliable and utmost pleasant to work with! Jen, Chun, Tiffany, Tammy, and essentially everyone at the SF team are my go-to contact for any deposition requests -- they are all extremely responsive, highly professional and gracious. Strongly recommend using Esquire Solutions!!!

Esquire Deposition Solutions are essentially the only court reporter service our San Francisco firm utilizes. Esquire went to bat for me on short notice for a motion hearing right before a 3-day weekend holiday. I was able to book online for this and received a confirmation email later the same day that they were working on it. I had requested a reporter to appear physically and that's almost impossible before a holiday. While I was later offered a remote reporter and it was too late for me to accept, I will always appreciate that someone cared enough to follow up. I will continue to use Esquire for my deposition/hearing needs.
