Living here more than 1.5 years. The manager is professional & does her job perfectly. Although the management is strict & goes by the book. If you can keep it clean I did not face any roaches. But they time to time come up, you have to eliminate those. if you have any amenity faulty they repair that quickly. Cons : You can not find the manager after office hour.

The unit itself gave me a lot of nightmare, I stayed here for just a year and the unit had so much issues to begin with.. the manager took care of everything, she’s very professional.. but as the time goes by, the unit becoming a nightmare, the roaches are all over the unit, the stove, refrigerator, bedroom, bathroom, living room, even in my water dispenser, and I felt like my health was at risk.
