Appointments are on time and Nurse Practitioners are very experienced. Very well run health unit with lots of parking.
Thanks to complete incompetence, ignorance and insensitivity of nurse practitioner Colby Stafford my life and health was put in danger as well as safety of my family.
The attention here is a nightmare, I went for an appointment at 8.45 and the doctor showed up at 9.15am. He apologized and he said no body new I was there, but the guy in the front door told me to wait there and maybe he didn’t say anything ? Who knows.. the doctor was very kind and great service but then he told me that they would send the prescription to the shoppers on Esquimalt right away.
