I love this store so much! The only problem is that I can’t buy everything seriously, though, they have the best selection of jewelry from all kinds of independent designers and artists. I bought an incredible single earring from them and I have worn it every single day since, I can’t imagine not having it, and I get so many compliments. Check them out if you’re looking to find a really special piece, or just want to treat yourself to something sparkly. Bonus points because the staff is absolutely delightful.
This truly was a horrible experience. Me and my boyfriend walked in for the engagement appointment and while they did greet us, they were not attentive. At first I thought that maybe that is the way they do customer service. But then other couples showed up and they greeted them, offered them different jewelry stations and even took out multiple rings out for them. While me and my boyfriend were practically ignored. I bought my engagement ring here and from day one they have been so helpful. They even sent the engagement ring to there NYC location when I was living there for one final try on.
