Love the empanadas and every coffee drink I have been served. Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am not a Starbucks fan, and Espumosa is a great non-chain establishment.
Great little inexpensive and cozy cafe. I had a wonderful Cafe con Leche and delicious beef empanada. I wish it was located in Tucson, where we live. I'll always remember Cafe Espumoso fondly!
Me and my husband and my sister ate here. Very good food and great vegetarian choices. Gracious
