We’ve been customers for many years however our experience today was terrible. I would rather spend a little more at Tallahassee Nursery.
I drove 3 hours round trip to pick up approx 15 advertised fruit trees after being told Saturday morn 10:25 they were in stock and on sale after driving to the center in Tallahassee I was told and shown none of these trees were available and had been sold out for 2 weeks maybe more ! All the while mike was advertising them on channel 6 wctv in Tallahassee!! I am gravely disappointed and out my time and fuel for nothing! I wasn’t given a rain check or alternated product just poor customer service
we like the friendly staff. You don't have to wait for someone to help you like many big box stores. The nursery attached to the store is fantastic. It's a one stop shop where you can get everything.
