People are a bunch of thiefs they charge me for service that was never giving to me and now they do not want to credit my account the manager for the LA Fitness from Hunters Creek his name is ****** very unethical and a thief. He knows that I did not get those services and he charge me a fee of $700 dollars. I confronted the guy for taking the money and not crediting the money back. So far so good. The one annoying part is that I have to ask 1 month ahead of time to put a hold on my subscription and pay money to secure it. This is not always evident.

LA Fitness delays the cancelation and takes the month in advance payment you made at the start of your membership. How this company can maintain an A rating from BBB amazes me. I had to cancel my credit card so that LA Fitness could not keep charging me. This type of practice needs to be addressed.

First of all, Good luck if your cancellation request happens within 30 days of request. Average time for the cancellation process for LA Fitness membership is 3-4 months. You will be charged additional 3-4 months of membership fees by the time you submit the cancellation. This has not happened one time, its happened on a number of occasions with my other family members. This is due to cancellation done at their corporate office in ******, **. LA FITNESS/ ESPORTA STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I am leaving one star only because it will not let me leave a review without something selected. My son, who just graduated high school last year, decided to do his 1st real adult purchase by getting a membership here in October of 2022. I have been going to his fitness center ***************************************************************** . When it was LA Fitness. Since they chanced names, it was okay from the start. But lately no one checks all the equipment like they should to make sure that they work including the fans on the trendmill. The mantanince for the equipments come on tuesdays I guess. I took a regular gym membership at this place on Feb 1 as they mentioned month to month and after a month trainer named **** approached me to try the Personal training I was hesitant and said I won't be coming and I don't need it and he was like just try it for a month if you don't want to do it we can cancel it as PT Is not a contract and all he said was text me any time you want to cancel he will cancel it and he also offered a 100$ off for the first month too and I mistakenly signed on that day on march 25. LA FITNESS CONTINUES TO BILL CUSTOMERS FRAUDULENTLY. I HAD A CONTRACT DURING COVID, WHICH I HONORED BUT COULD NOT USE DURING THE TRAINING SESSIONS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD ACRUE. SEVERAL TIMES I ASKED THEM, AND THE MANAGERS I SPOKE WITH AGREED TO STOP BILLING FOR TRAINING SESSIONS UNTIL I HAD USED UP THE ACCRUED ONES. I HAVE NEARLY $5000.00 DOLLARS IN TRAINING CREDITS TO USE. I am a member at the esporta gym in *******. It is very disappointing every time I come to this gym the water activities are either broken you can't use them or they are dirty. My membership fees are taken direct out of my account every month but when I go to the I can't use the amenities and this happens on a regular basis. I will be looking for another gym.
