The club pool is the reason that I belong. It is and has been for six months disgustingly dirty. The pool decking and stairs into the pool are black. ALL THE **** IS COMING IN FROM THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S LOCKERS ROOM FLOORS. The "ring" around the pool water shows evidence that the dirt is getting into the interior water as well.Club members have been complaining daily but to no avail. The entire company is a piece of trash. **************** is a joke to them. In order to cancel your membership not only do you need to go in person to do so but it has to be the operation manager (god forbid a salesperson whos allowed to SELL you a membership but cant cancel). I had to go in 3 separate times to finally get a manager. The 3rd time I show up theres nobody at the check-in desk but there are 2 employees chatting to each other behind a computer. They are unbelievably like machine than human, once you sign up for anything your card will be charged no matter how many times you ask them to stop. They don't LISTEN to you. The only thing they say is that they can't stop the payments! THIS IS AN ARERT! Even after they charged me for the whole 6 months program they charged me again for the month 7! cuz in their agreement says it's AUTO RENEWAL !!!!!!! Alert! Never will i purchase this again i had the membership for only 1 week and they charged me to cancel . They said that they were having a promotion and the sales person said if you pay the annual fee then you will get in for free . So in other words they were having a promo and he never said i had to pay monthly wow . I informed them i had a medical condition and I will not be able to use the gym which was only the pool for therapy. bad service

I wish we could give 0 stars. This club and manager ******* took advantage of a 19 college student through their personal training scam. The man that she "signed" with flirted his way into the deal that she didn't fully understand, NOW he doesn't even work there anymore. They will not help at all and have now over drafted her account multiple times. They are incredibly rude and cocky. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

If I could give less than one star for the manager at LA fitness in ********************* , I would. Called to ask for support around the lack of maintenance and health hazards and children in the pool area. Her response , we dont have any control of that area. Wow! You dont control the pool in your gym? She proceeded to be rude and tell me I needed to come in face to face if I had an issue. How about taking responsibility for your club and learning how to make amends rather than starting a fight . Such a bad representation ... read more

For more than 6 months the same machines have been broken and nothing has been to do address this. Every time I want to use the treadmill or stair master i have to mentally prepare myself to not get upset since majority of the machines do not work and i know i will get frustrated. There are about 15 stair master machines and only 4 of them work i have counted. Been like this for over 6 months. same story for the treadmills.
