***** from Esporta lied about pricing to get me to join his class. *** from Corporate agreed to zeroing out my account and refunding me in full. It was not done. He only said that to get me off the phone. Called back months later and spoke to ********************* from Corporate. It's almost unreal how unprofessional and rude these young people are. I called LA Fitness in ********************. My original contract expired during the pandemic, I called a few times to renew it but nobody answered the phone. I just called again and asked if I could re-enroll at the same rate I had been paying for the last few years (that is $399/year)/ I spoke with *****, needless to say how rude she is. I tried to cancel my membership by going in person to the gym. I was told that I had to go in between Monday and Friday to speak with the operations manager. When I asked if there was a way to do it online or if I could download a cancellation form, I was told that there wasn't a way to cancel my membership online or a form that I could download. DONT DO IT!!!I signed up for a year of personal training. 5 months in, I had to make an unexpected move out of state. The closest gym to me is over 30 miles away. They wont let me out of the contract. REALLY MESSED UP!!!

*********************** from LA Fitness and ***** has the worst customer Service experience Ive ever experienced. They are rude and not helpful at all. Ive never seen someone have an attitude just because someone is using a 3 day pass. I would never use LA Fitness again in my life.

I signed up for personal training for 6 months which I finished in August 2022. They continued to charge me for the personal training. i called them many times regarding this and no response from them. I even told them that I would like to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to come in person to cancel. I told them i am out of town and can't come, but they insisted me to come in person to cancel the membership. I almost reported LA Fitness as a scam. I switched gyms in Sept. and canceled my LA membership at the same time. LA Fitness allows 2 methods for canceling: going in person or mailing them your cancellation. I chose to mail them my cancellation out of convenience, but I found it odd that they are so old school using mail-in cancellations.
