Esporta Fitness is an extremely unethical and immoral company. The staff is not very helpful and the corporate staff is beyond shady. Esporta Fitness/ LA Fitness email offers that are impossible to accept. The extended an offer to me 4 times throughout the month of January but will not accept the offer. If I could give it a zero I would. I recently injured my foot and have a doctors note stating that I am unable to work out for the next 6 weeks. I called the gym that I attended and they have been no help trying to get someone on the line. I called corprate customer service and the woman I spoke with was very unhelpful. BUT the worst part she thought she hung up and started talking bad about me to her coworker. I signed up for 6 months of training. I've paid for 5 months, and my 6th month is about to be billed soon. I lost my job last month and decided "ok, let's just not deal with the hassle and arguments and pay the last two months." Well... I called in with OVER 30 days left on my contract to cancel. They have questionable business practices. They let you join online or join in person at a club, but they do not let you cancel your membership online or in person. They make you mail a form to them. I just think its not right that you can join online but cant cancel online.

Awful gym. Be carful of their contract, and be careful of cancelling the membership or contract. Be sure you keep evidences that you went in and request for cancellation. They will keep charging you after you request cancellation!!!!! Be sure you keep evidences, and check your credit card ****.

I have visited three facilities in the Riverside area, only one was clean. I found broken lockers at two, and rust in the pool area. At one facility it took two weeks to get the bathroom door fixed. I wrote a letter to corporate a week ago, no answer!

I took membership in December and paid more than 200+ annual fee. After a month I would like cancel the membership and sent an email from registers email address. Then I got a reply stating that need to come personally to cancel the membership. Then I gone to facility evening at 6 they said it is not possible since manger is not here. My work timings not allowed to come before 6. So in my life time I dont have chance to cancel this membership and I need keep paying ..Looks like their business model to **** the money without ... read more

This gym is the biggest scam Ive ever seen. The employees dont care, the machinery doesnt work, the lockers are falling apart and when you open the doors there are holes and broken doors everywhere. They then wont allow you cancel your membership, it took 4 visits and 6 hours of fighting to get them to allow you to cancel my membership. Then they charge you a fee for cancelling even if the reason is that they arent fulfilling their part of the contact which is to have a working gym.
