I let it be known that I was strictly joining for the pool, for serious health issues. Now the pool is closed indefinitely. I don't think a full refund is unreasonable. I'm on SSI, disabled and pay out of pocket. $90.00 to me is everything, to a big business, not so much. Yet, you denied me

This is a fabulous facility that deserves a 5* rating, based on cleanliness, equipment availability, ambiance and staff friendliness. Special Kudos to facility manager Darren R. who really takes pride and personal ownership to ensure that the facility is clean, equipment up to standard and locker room/shower area is to standard. We are blessed and fortunate in Dunedin to have such a sport facility that truly contributes to ones quality of life. Great job .... see you soon!

While the gym facility at Esporta Cherry Hill offer a wide range of equipment and amenities, the overall experience is marred by disappointingly poor customer service. The tone in which trainers speak to patrons is notably abrasive and disrespectful, undermining the supportive and encouraging environment that one would expect from a fitness center. My trainer is Tony Great personality and a master of the knowledge of training. I am a senior and he gives me the proper workout for my age. I use Three pound weights and today the trainer name Deb refused to give up some weights to the manager Antwoin. She threw them at him which could have resulted in a concussion. She does not belong here. Sharon

The group training in Cherry Hill is great. My trainer is Tony and he is knowledgeable and patient. I’m a senior and my workout is perfect. Sharon.

This company is a joke, this location keeps allowing for locks to be clipped and items to be stolen; all their locations are having this issue. This place is outdated, their machines are all breaking down or not working properly; staff sucks, kids taking care of the place; a joke. They allowed children to join for 10dlrs (what stops them from utilizing pool, weights for less then have the cost; and they bring in a guest to, lol) to play at the basketball courts that are over run by thugs, they form there own groups not allow... read more
