A Late Night Essential Not only is the pizza from Esperanto's a Skidmore student favorite, but the Doughboys offered from this late night restaurant are unreal. A cheese and scallion filled roll is the perfect thing to top off a night on caroline street in downtown Saratoga Springs.
Late Night Spot Esperantos is absolutely amazing late at night. The doughboys and the mini burritos are my favorite, although I don't recommend eating them when you're sober, it's just not the same.
Good late night snack Located right on Caroline St. this is a good spot to get a late night snack on the weekends. Definitely make sure to try the dough-boys they are unlike anything else.
Convenient Great location close to center of town that makes it very easy to grab anything from a quick snack to a meal. Food is very good as well as the service. Lots of variety on the menu and fair prices. They will also deliver to college campuses, which makes it easy to have their food anytime!
good for snacks Esperantos is in a convenient location right off of Broadway if you want to grab a quick snack or a slice of pizza. I'd recommend the dough-boy as a treat. The insides may be sometimes unidentifiable, and it may take once or twice to get past the squishy texture of the inside, but if you are into creamy cheese in a doughy crust this treat is for you! The twice-baked potatoes are also a decent option for a small snack.
One word: doughboys Esperantos is famous for their own creation: the doughboy. Skidmore students brag about them, and it's kind of a right of passage as a student to eat one of these tasty treats after a long night on the town. Cheesy, garlicy, and filled with chicken as well, these crust encircled buritto looking creations are tasty if you are very hungry, but not recommended if you want a real meal. They also serve other very good meals, that are often overlooked as their main food is pizza, mini burritos, and doughboys.
Dougboys Located right on Caroline street this is the perfect place to grab something quick to eat late at night. It is located right near all the bars in saratoga. They have the best food called douhboys. It is a cream cheese and chicken mixture wrapped in pizza dough and then cooked. Everyone loves them and is one of the places to show people visiting saratoga. Expect to wait in a long line though.
