The spa staff was curt and unaccomodating, as well as the overpriced valet. The massage itself that I booked didn't really do much for me either, which was especially disappointing, in spite of my request for deep pressure. To add insult to injury, I got rushed out at the end even though they ran late for my appointment. They gave me a free pass for the next day, but that was an empty gesture - I was checking out and couldn't use it. Absolutely relaxing experience. I should have opted for the longer massage, 50 mins went by too fast.
We've been to nearly every spa on the strip and this hands down was the best. Smaller and less hectic but would recommend Theresa, she's one of the best therapist I've even been too!!!! We will be back :)
Went for a massage yesterday morning. The facility was beautiful and clean, the staff were very polite and my service from Christine was excellent. Thank you!
I went to get a massage with my girlfriend last week and Marqueetas did an exceptional job taking care of us and guiding us around the spa. We both appreciated how sweet, thoughtful she was and felt she really went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you Marqueetas :)
