Very satisfied with my care
Always enjoy interacting with Dr. Esmail and his staff - very caring, kind, and helpful. And the use of MyChart to communicate is excellent and efficient.
The staff and doctors at Swedish Factoria have always been very friendly and take great care of their patients.
Having breathing problems and made appointment so I can get referral to heart doctor. Swedish cancelled my appointment saying he is not accepting any new patients. They said they left message but I check every day. Told me I could make an appointment with someone in 3 weeks. Really?
He is knowledgeable, but does not listen to the patient. Once I declined all the services he wanted me to agree to, he attempted to persuade me with guilt.
No video visits during covid is egregious, I should not risk getting infected just to go over the results of my annual checkup. I should also not need to wait two weeks to have the privilege of visiting the office for said results. Doctor also lectured me instead of asking me if I'm already aware. Also my blood pressure was taken with a residential grade blood pressure machine, it did kept pumping and we had to open the cuff to release it.
