It was done in a very respectful and yet friendly manner providing me an assurance that my health was a priority for the doctor.
This was my annual physical exam and the doctor was very thorough and spent plenty of time with me. He remembered my status from earlier. We discussed a plan for my health care going forward.
Dr Esmail's team always tries to accommodate schedule changes and fit me in for follow ups when his online schedule shows no availability in the timeliness needed.
