I had a good experience until I went to buy the vehicle. The salesman, David, was very nice and helpful. We came to a final price for a 2018 Cruze, I told them I needed to go home and talk to my wife about it, they said no problem. I get home, we decide to do it, I call David to let him know that I would be there the next day to buy it. I call the following morning to let them know when I would be up there and they tell me the car is now $5k more, they can't do the price we agreed on. Ron did a great job with our purchase. Everyone was very friendly. Different atmosphere than dealers in the city. The GM even came over to visit with us. Will visit them again!!!!!

Recently, I was working in the Guthrie. The day came to travel home and when I hooked up to a trailer, no brakes. The service department, with an area already full of vehicles diagnosed my problem and made the repair to get me on my way. I could have easily found myself in a position to have to wait to get the truck fixed. Thank you Service Department.

after asking if they honor the internet price ( which they said yes) they would not sell me the vehicle at the advertised price, stated it was a typo but in the description of the vehicle it even stated "just lowered by $62,078" that can not be a typo! I just wanted to buy a car.

Hi Candi, we're sorry for the misunderstanding. Obviously the price you saw on our website was an error and oversight on our part, and we regret that you had to bring this to our attention. Unfortunately, there is no way we can sell a brand new Suburban for $62,078 less than the MSRP, even with the employee discount sales event running. The price in the description is an automated field, so it was, in fact, the same typo.
First time getting an oil change here and I have to say wow!! Everyone is so friendly and kind!! There is a very nice gentleman who works here that brought Braums breakfast and offered some to all the people waiting on service! Can it get any better than that!? Thank you for the awesome experience!
Great sales and service. They stand behind thier word. Next time I need another car will definitely buy from Eskeridge in Guthrie. Love the free oil changes also....

Terrible experience for my first vehicle, first off they'd say one thing then turn around and say another thing. And a lot of other things. Worst dealership around. Plus they just throw you around, and ignore your calls!
