The Kia you purchased was sold in "as-is" condition with multiple documents stating as such which you signed and acknowledged. I was supposed to get my windshield replaced on my truck, it was in agreement when I purchased the vehicle. I attempted to get the windshield replaced multiple times within the first 60 days, they did not honor the deal that was made. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They want you to get what you want not just what gives them a bigger paycheck. I have been screwed by a dealership before and these people are there to help you and do what they can for you not themselves.
