The office staff was warm, welcoming, polite, professional and expedient.
I broke my hand in lots of pain went in they were post to give me pain medication to help me but they forgot so now I’ve been play phone tag and getting the run around I work in nursing myself and it’s ridiculous I haven’t got my medication yet and everytime you call nobody picks up I’m not satisfied with any of the service at all say someone just has to sign I’m not happy
I have received horrible treatment at this facility. Each time ive been to an appointment ive been ignored and left to sit in a room for more than two hours just to be seen for a few minutes to lose a half day of work not receive anything to help with my pain. I don't request people to visit here unless needed. I don't know if I was treated like that due to my injury being a work comp injury or not but I still should be treated like a patient
Dr Janos Ertl is the best ortho/trauma surgeon that they have. Xray techs are a little rough, I had to sternly tell them Im not a ragdoll. Dr Ertl, sits, listens and has a wonderful bedside manor. Being treated for fractured hip and hand.
