I love eskenazi, love my staff of nurses and doctors, always courteous
Why even have appointment times when you're going to be 30+ minutes late for an appointment and bill the patient if they aren't on time? Might has well have appointment windows like cable companies. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I called to ask the scheduler a question and she was extremely rude. She continued to ask “how can I help you” when I already asked her my question. She finally told me she didn’t answer my question because she does not know the answer. If she would have simply shared that with me before, I would not be writing this review. Instead she decided to be clever. Hopefully those calls are recorded so she may receive additional training on how to speak to patients.
