Dr. Klotz is one of the best Doctors ever he listens to my concerns and takes care of them. Sure there is wait to be seen but is worth it because I know that my doctor cares alot about me.
After not having a Dr for 20 years, I had my first appointment with my new Primary Care Physician - Dr. K. Klotz at the 38th St. Center. I took too long selecting a physician, so my insurance assigned me to him. I was planning on choosing a female doctor but not wanting to waste time, I decided to give him a chance and I am so glad I did! I called this place more than 8 times to schedule an appointment for my son and the guy that answers the phone would always say the same thing, seem like he didn't even want to schedule or bother to help me. I had to find another provider for my son.
Don't even bother. This is where we were sent after my daughter was born. Every time I try to get an appointment I'm screwed. I call the second they opened for my daughters four month check up and was on hold for ten minutes only to be told no appointments. Called back to try and get a nurses visit and when I explained I needed to get her shots done before we leave the state for a whole month I was told "that's your fault not ours. somebody not doing their job
I have been waiting for 2 hrs just for my daughter to be seen. That is ridiculous! I don't like this new setup of calling for the same day service
I am writing this on friday feb 24 20012 8:12 am...This is the second morning that i had to miss work to try to get an appointment at this clinic. Yesterday i was on hold from 7:30 PROMPTLY only to be disconnected at 7:38. When i finally got through again (at 8:23) i was told they were booked for the day...Today I followed the recording instructions "press 2 for appointments" I was told that that was wrong!!!...I was transfered again at 7: 38 am only to be kept on hold until what is now 8:17..Something should be done about w... read more
primary doctor that treats all
I called to make a appointment the verry first time I ever called them was put on hold waiting then the phone to ring started to ring again and rang and rang and rang I got tired of it ringing and nobody answering it I hung up. If your short of help hire sombody or your making so much money you don't need me i'll go somwhere else.
