The colors and lettering exceeded my expectations! The turnaround time was incredibly fast. The price was better than competitive. I made an error with resolution and they caught it- I STILL got it 2 days early!
They sell quality products with fast delivery at a good price. We just got our newest stand-up banner today. It's gorgeous.
I have used eSigns many times. The products I ordered didn’t last well. The bottom of the banner stands separated often, were hard to roll back in completely so often didn’t look professional, and even the table stands broke within a year. All were recommended by Chuck Redick. I will never use eSigns again.
USE A DIFFERENT SHIPPER. I used to love ordering from eSigns. The banners are of great quality, but for the second year in a row of paying extra for faster shipping our banners will not arrive on time. AT this point they are two days late and will arrive after what they were intended for. While eSigns doesn't have control over the shipper, they do have control on how and with whom they ship. Fedex has disappointed two years in a row and their customer service folks don't seem to care. They did refund the shipping charge but ... read more
