We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have always been happy until now. Their signs always seem to be of good quality, but their customer service is very poor.
i always buy my signs from them and have always had quick service. my last order needed a change (my mistake) and I called asap and they had already made the sign within 24 hrs. the customer rep had them remake the new sign with the correction at NO charge to me. Amazing!
These guys are AWESOME. We needed last minute custom banners for a safety message project. We ordered 6 banners on a Friday afternoon and had them in hand on Tuesday morning. The quality and coloring was perfect. Definitely will use them for not only future banner needs, but other visual signage too!
Update: I thankfully have had my faith restored in eSigns' "Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed." promise. I have used them for a number of years and been completely satisfied. Unfortunately this time, my proof was perfect, but what eSigns sent me was a completely different image. When I called about the Banner Baron's Goof Proof Guarantee, I was initially told they could not make it right without me purchasing the items a second time, plus express shipping to make my event (sans $20 off, which would cover 2 of the signs). I was so pleased with the price and quality of my large corrugated plastic sign! It came on time, and the product was carefully packaged to prevent damage. Well done!
Needed a banner within a week, local company wanted 150 plus, checked online with 3 companies all said I needed to reformat my artwork. Okay no clue what they were talking about. Checked these guys out, they walked me through the process, sent me a template, even helped with colors. All this for 1/3 the price with shipping.
I ordered my first banner through esigns this past week. I had a few glitches uploading my files (because I'm not a professional...not esigns fault). Their customer service was fantastic and walked me through everything. The sign came today and it's even better in person. Thank you Esigns!
