everything is automated so I can't speak to a person to get this straightened out. I get a rep from home that can't do anything but give info. I email and a week now NO One has bothered to reply. I also wanted to add to my order so I don't have to repay for shipping and I can't even do that! I reload a jpg for a proof and it submitted BOTH proofs when it was only supposed to be for that particular one. each panel is to have its individual proof. this is so frustrating. prices are so competitive but seriously not worth the st... read more

RecommendedOur store was destroyed in the dam failures in Michigan last month, we have been blessed with someone donating us a temporary building to set up a smaller store for the time being. I’ve used esigns in the past, and I’ve always been happy with their quality and speed, they didn’t disappoint this time either. The building looks a little like a hardware store now! We highly recommend this company!
I wanted something special for my high school senior, because like all of this years seniors, he is missing out on so much. I easily put together on their design site what I wanted & ordered on Sunday, it was made and shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday! It came out even better than I could have imagined! I’m super impressed with the quality of the materials also! (Pls excuse that our frame needs a bit of adjusting)
The Best!!! I did a lot of research before deciding to give these guys a shot. NO regrets. I was so impressed with the quality, turnaround/shipping time and ahead-of-schedule delivery that i ordered two more signs less than a month later. Equally as impressed with those! And I don’t see how the pricing could be beat anywhere. I gave up on it. Good price, pretty good user interface. I created a user login and created a banner with the online tool. All went OK until I tried to insert an image from a JPG. All that ever got inserted was a blank box outline. I tried to save it to my cart and it said I had to log in again. But then it said my login was invalid, even though I'd only created it successfully minutes before. I said OK - send me a password reset email. The email never got sent. I tried to send it again.
