I used this company to install a new HVAC System in my home. They installed the system and replaced the thermostat but did not originally program it. I was told the thermostat did not have the option to set a temperature schedule. After voicing my concern to an installer who came out the day after my unit was installed to fix a leak Mike reached out to schedule a time to program the thermostat. Not a great experience with this company and particular (Mike). He replace my 4 ton unit last June. We had to contact him after he installed the unit to program the thermostat. After 11 months, the system stopped working and when I contacted him, he stated that the "contractor installer" is out of town. He is the contractor installer! And advised me to contact the manufacturer, Goodman. I do not recommend this company or Mike.
They guys fixed my air-conditioning system very well, Highly recommended as they are on time and work very professionally.
ESI entourage services were able to come in time for our AC servicing. very reasonable pricing, friendly staff and explained me the process in common language. Tested the system after servicing. Unit needed a couple of old parts replaced. Did a fantastic job in one visit. Very pleased and refer him to other folks in my circle as well. Thank you for doing great job!!!
ESI installed my new air-conditioning system today and I really appreciate these guys for the quick response . Cole is very professional And knowledgeable. I will recommend them to others
