I had every intention of using this firm until I called to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude, interrupting and talking over me multiple times. The tone of her voice was exceptionally condescending. I received the message loud and clear: I was wasting her time. No worries, though--I definitely won't be wasting any more of it!

Ted Kern was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly investigated our case and included us in each step. The process was seamless. Very relieving having an attorney who makes your family feel like a priority instead of a paycheck! We will be using him for any future matters!

I think this firm is great! I had a divorce which had complex real estate issues but Lauren and Bill got it right for me! I kept the property and sold it for five times what I paid! They are great and understand the problems in divorce. I will recommend to my friends.
