Yvonne Dornic gave our great staff, restaurants, hotels and even tour companies trouble. All were highly professionlal but she is not. Just terrible to deal with her and esentio on any level.
The place is poorly managed and the bookkeeper explained that she is the end-all-be-all. She makes every business decision due to the owner having no ability to make one. The office sits inside another firm and has no true backbone staff. Everyone is to be on-call 24/7 for the bookkeeper. This makes me nervous when a bookkeeper makes all the decisions.

One word... RUN. On all seriousness, I wasted 3 hours of my time that I'll never get back. This is coming from a former recruiter with 13 years of EA experience, 10 years of booking executives travel, flights, hotels etc... and 20 years of event planning experience. I am over qualified for this job.
