Absolutely horrible service. The office staff here never answers phone calls and never returns calls when you leave a message. Unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a doctor’s office.
Drs. Brown, Heaton, and Drasnin are excellent practitioners - kind, not rushed, and listen well to parent and children. We have seen them all for our kiddos, mostly Dr. Brown. The office staff, however, are very unprofessional (rude) on the phone and in person. If you read the reviews, you'll see I'm not the first person that has noted this.
