Unreliable & Irresponsible - Beware! They made an accounting mistake on the Final Settlement Statement, incorrectly crediting the pro-rated rent of to the seller and debiting me instead. Their mistake cost me $2,700. My accountant spotted their mistake, and even though they admitted it, they didn't do anything to fix it.
