I have already shared my concerns with Management, Recommend anyone considering purchasing a Vehicle from EASC to consider going during the Week, I went on a Sunday & Let’s Just Say, Did NOT receive the kind of Customer Attention I have grown accustomed to when attempting to make a $20K-Plus Purchase, Not sure the reason why, Maybe understaffed, really couldn’t say but You May want to avoid weekends.
RecommendedI went in to the dealership not knowing what to expect. Wow what a great place. My salesman was David and Ruben I can’t give this place enough props. I love my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Although there were some things wrong with the vehicle at first. But Edgar took care of everything with such great customer care I would recommend this dealership to all. Jon is a great guy also . Everyone is so friendly and out going to earn your business. They treat you like family.. Thank you all for taking the time to make me happy.

Just bought a 2011 Ram 1500 from these guys and had a great experience. I called ahead to make sure they still had the truck I saw online. They brought the truck over from their other lot and parked it right up front. When I got there they gave me the keys to drive it around. There were a couple issues with the truck but Cisco was quick to get on the phone with his boss and correct the issues. The truck was very well priced and detailed very well. This place is a joke .They dnt do any inspections on the cars they sell. Please read this and DO NOT buy a vehicle from them!! Absolute scam!!
