Everyone at Escocia Termite was fantastic. We found subterranean termites during a remodel that had the chance to throw off our tight project schedule. While other companies gave us the runaround or blew us off entirely, Escocia got back to us right away and worked with us to make sure we could deal with the situation, work around other contractors, and stay on schedule.

Although they showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner, they broke tiles all over my roof. Completely broke all the tiles along the ridge line and left broken tiles scattered all along the perimeter of the house. When I called to talk to the manager I was told I signed a contract that stated they weren’t responsible for broken tiles.
