Maria (hygiene) was very generous about working to fit my appointment into a shortened time slot so I could get to an appt that had been recently re-scheduled. I appreciated her understanding and attention.

I have been going to Palo Alto Dental for over 20 years and received the best care. Great customer service and great dental care from doctors, their assistants, and hygienists. Thank you for providing an excellent service!
Dr. Kono is an amazing craftsman. His skill is most impressive... and his surgeries have always been painless. As good as Dr. Kono is, I feel compelled to be more conscientious with my dental hygiene out of respect for him.
ok, but do not enjoy because ultrasonic cleaning noise is annoying of course
