I liked the option of choosing what sort of brush and floss I might like to take home rather than just being handed a bag.
I told the denist who cared for me that my newborn son had died between my last visit (at 9 months of pregnancy) and this visit (6 months after he died). My dentist said, "oh" and proceeded to complete my exam as normal, with idle chatter. I expect my medical caregivers to show some humanity and compassion. Something like, "I am so sorry. Dr. Keller and his staff are wonderful.
I have been coming here when Dr.Meinster was my dentist. Always great service. Dr.Kono is fabulous.
No changes - everything is great!
Dr Keller is by far the best dentist I have been to. Can't say enough about how great he and his team are. In fact everyone at Palo Alto Dental is lovely.
Friendly staff and excellent care.
I was a bit surprised that the hygienist with which I was originally scheduled had been changed without my being notified. It would have been appropriate for you to let me know if my regular hygienist was unavailable.
I honestly cant think of any changes that could be made at the Palo Alto Dental Group. Everything aways goes smoothly as can be. And, I have been going there for over fifty years! I am so fortunate having Dr Keller, his assistant and my hygienist taking such excellent care of my teeth. A happy camper, Sally Roberts
