Called within a few days to repair a color and style with Stacy that left my hair fried. I was scheduled~1 month out. When asked if Stacy was willing to share the cost of the fix she said she only does a fix week of (too busy to schedule me) and she gave me exactly what I wanted. $165 in all cut and color plus an additional deep conditioning and a retrim to take care of the damage and my hair is still not 100%. they did a great job with the hair dye i wanted, that looks great. everything else, not so much. i asked for my layers to be trimmed up, and in some spots they are now an inch and a half shorter and sit super weird now. she thinned out my bangs when i didnt ask her to and cut them how SHE thought they would look good, not how i wanted, and now they are too thin and look terrible when i put my hair up. i let my hair be natural alot, but the new weird layers she put in makes my wavy hair sit too high on some spots and just loo... read more
I live in Brownsburg, and I've been coming to Escape for a couple of years. Amber is awesome, and knows how to tame my rediculous head of hair. The ladies are all very good at what they do. I give it a 5 star!!!!

Had Kelsie fit me in last minute for a cut and color and she did an amazing job. She ended up running behind schedule while working on my hair which I thought would make her rush through my cut but it didn't. She still took her time to ensure I received the highest quality of service possible which amazed me. Also, the communication with Audrey when trying to get a last minute appointment felt very personable which I appreciated as a new client. Thankful she called me back when Kelsie had a cancellation.
