RecommendedLike any gym, it is terribly busy; however, I go very early in the morning between 4am and 6 am and there is significantly more equipment available to use. I have been in that 9-11 range on Saturday and it is packed; but Sunday isn't very crowded. The general manager and desk staff are very nice, but some of the PT are a little unapproachable.
