Very unprofessional staff. Their staff will approach you in a very hostile manner, while they’re off the clock too.. if you happen to be violating one of their policies. Even if you weren’t aware of said policy. And when I stressed that they need to approach their customers in a more professional, friendly manner. They didn’t care. Terrible atmosphere.
a fantastic gym to attend especially the group cardio classes are my favorite and childcare staff are extremely nice to my babies, so I recommend this gym 👍👍👍

Doc is Good at What he do he's A Great Trainer
TGIF ‘cuz Sean Anthony Williams’ Commit class is on Friday mornings! IMO, the Commit CTY classes are the best dance/cardio classes offered at this gym. It’s really the main reason I’m a member. Sean packs the class every time because of his positivity, humility, and energy. It’s so much fun dancing with him. You’ll definitely sweat. Thanks Sean for always going above and beyond!
